Ania Haie offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, “the user”. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website on desktop, mobile or tablet. By accessing or using any part of the Ania Haie website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website at any time.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
All items are created using Sterling Silver with 14 carat plating. Please note that due to the items being plated colour may fade over time and with consistent wear over a long period of time. Please see our Jewellery Care section to know how to keep your product in the best condition for a longer period of time.
Please note that some items may appear a different size online in order to show specific product detailing or to show the in product in full. Product photography reflects the best specification of the item, but some might alter in colour and size due to different versions of digital screens and web platforms, therefore we cannot ensure that the exact colour and sizing of products will always be shown.
On occasions promotional discount codes will be available, via third party collaborations or via directly, which will apply to specified items on the Ania Haie website. These given codes can only be applied to the specified products/purchases of full priced items and will not work in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping to the United Kingdom
We offer FREE delivery anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail. 3-5 working days* processing time (Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays).
Shipping to Europe
We offer FREE delivery by DHL to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Czech, Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Monaco, Portugal, Romania. 2-7 working days* processing time (Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays).
Shipping to the rest of the world
We offer international delivery (outside of the UK) by DHL. Delivery costs £10. Free on orders over £150. 3-7 working days* processing time (Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays). For security purposes, all our Ania Haie deliveries require a signature.
VAT will be calculated based upon the final shipping destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns (UK, Europe & International)
Full price items can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase). Items must always be returned in full with their price tag on and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.

Once we receive your return, our customer team will send you a confirmation email. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days after reception. Refunds will be processed onto the debit or credit card used for purchase. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 working days to appear on your account.
Please note that we do not offer free returns service at the moment.
If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer care team at email@example.com including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
For exchange, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you with your exchange. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend that you use a trackable service.
COMPLAINTS / CLAIMS
If you feel you are not completely satisfied with any Ania Haie product or service, then please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or chat with them on Facebook @AniaHaie (Mon – Fri|9AM- 5PM GMT).
If you would like to cancel your order you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or chat with our customer service team @AniaHaie on Facebook, where you must state your order number confirmation number. Please note that once your order has been shipped it is no longer possible to cancel it, it will then only be possible for a return – please see our Returns & Exchanges section.
All Ania Haie jewellery pieces have a 12-month warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturing faults but not fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. For the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
