RETURNS (UK, EUROPE, INTERNATIONAL)
Full price items can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase). Items must always be returned in full with their price tag on and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.

Once we receive your return, our customer team will send you a confirmation email. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days after reception. Refunds will be processed onto the debit or credit card used for purchase. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 working days to appear on your account.
Please note that we do not offer free returns service at the moment.
If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
For exchange, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please email our customer care team at email@example.com and they will help you with your exchange.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend that you use a trackable service.
